Overview

Brookhaven at East Cobb is an active adult community developed for residents 55 and over who want the benefits of community living without sacrificing privacy or autonomy. The design priorities were clear from the start: single-floor living, accessible layouts, low-maintenance exteriors, and amenities that encourage community engagement.

The site plan clusters homes around shared green space while preserving a sense of individual ownership. The architectural character is consistent across the community while allowing enough variation in facade treatment to give each home a distinct identity. The result is a community that functions well and feels like a neighborhood.
