Overview

The Emerson Police Department renovation transformed a dated municipal facility into a functional, professional law enforcement workspace. The before photograph shows the existing condition — a building that no longer met the operational needs of the department or projected an appropriate institutional image for the city.

The renovation addressed the building envelope, interior layout, security systems integration, and accessibility compliance. The result is a facility that communicates the professionalism of the department while providing the functional spaces officers and staff need to do their work effectively.
