The Haven at Eastside

Overview

The Haven at Eastside is a premier active adult community developed on the Eastside Church campus in East Cobb. The design brings together a signature main building, a stone and timber-frame lodge that anchors the community, with a collection of cottage-style villas arranged across a beautifully landscaped site.

The main building's entrance sets the tone: a grand timber portico, warm stone masonry, and a layered roofline that reads as both elegant and welcoming. Evening lighting transforms the campus into something more intimate, the kind of place that feels like a destination, not just a residence. The cottage units extend the architectural language of the main building while offering residents a more private, home-scale living environment.

The aerial view reveals the full scope of the project: a cohesive campus with generous parking, mature tree buffers, a pond feature, and adjacency to recreational fields, a complete community environment carefully integrated into its site.
