Euharlee Retail Center

Overview

The Euharlee Retail Center was designed as a scaled retail development appropriate to Euharlee's small-town character — a multi-tenant strip anchored by locally-serving businesses rather than national chains. The northwest and southwest views show a building with a clean, well-proportioned exterior that fits comfortably within its context.

The center provides flexible retail bays that can be configured for a range of tenant types. Parking and site planning were coordinated to maximize usable retail frontage while meeting the city's development requirements. The project was delivered from design through permitting and construction documentation.
